The Toddy Cold Brew System easily allows you to make cold brew coffee at home. Using a BPA free brewing container on top of glass decanter, you filter coarsely ground coffee beans through a reusable felt filter. The coffee steeps for 12-24 resulting in iced coffee that eliminates the bitterness associated with hot to cold brewing methods. Cold brew coffee is much smoother and flavorful than iced coffee that's been heated through before chilled with 67% less acid. You get all the natural flavor of the bean!

I have only made two batches so far, but it seems like a nice system. Definitely easier cleanup if you use the two filter method. The white top will definitely stain if you're not careful with cleaning each time - it might have been better to be black. Pulling out the stopper is tricky to do without spilling, but I imagine I'll get better at it over time. The coffee is smooth and really good, which is the most important thing. I buy coffee ground specifically for this system, which is a nice touch that Armeno offers.
