We roast to order Monday to Thursday every week, and have a typical turn around of 1-2 days during that timeframe. Orders placed Thursday afternoon or later may need to be pushed to the next roasting day (Mon), but we'll let you know if that is the case, and will always do our best to accommodate you. We ship via UPS ground, or you're welcome to swing by to pick-up your order.
