Sumatra Takengon Fair Trade Viennese Roast is going to be you're medium roasted Fair Trade coffee, not quite roasted till French but stronger than our Full City Roast. Viennese roasted coffee's make for excellent espresso. Still a low acidic cup that's full bodied with an earthy, flowery finish, but expect a bolder development of flavors.
What separates Sumatra Takengon from Sumatra Mandheling is where its farmed, in the district of Takengon around Lake Tawar in Indonesia. This area is Fair Trade certified, meaning our Sumatra Takengon coffee is sustainably farmed and processed in fair labor conditions.

I want to enjoy a cup of flavorful coffee without a biting after taste. I want flavor and mellow. A friend has offered me sample of these beans, and i was hooked. In turn, i offered a neighbor sample of beans, and his reaction was the same. What a good cup of flavorful coffee. Thank you
