Colombia is the second largest coffee producing country and is perhaps the most well-known coffee exporting country. The coffee is grown on small farms high in the mountains, carefully hand-picked and washed. The beans of Colombia Supremo, the highest grade of Colombian coffee, are large and uniform in size. Done to a fully city (light) roast, it possesses medium acidity, with deep, rich walnut flavors wrapped in a rich full body. This coffee is strictly mid-crop picked.
