This excellent Ethiopian bean comes to you from the partnership of Basha, a 30-year-old father of four and a coffee producer from East Sidama, Bensa woreda, and the team at Cafe Kreyol. Recently, Basha "achieved a significant milestone by scoring 90.5 and becoming one of the two Presidential Award winners at the 2024 Cup of Excellence Ethiopia." The cup is indeed excellent, with a medium body, well balanced profile, and a crisp, clean acidity that is classic to the region.
Done to a Full City (light) roast, expect blueberry undertones with a sweet, creamy finish.
