For medical reasons, I had to quit drinking caffeinated coffee about 5 years ago. I've been drinking coffee since college a long, long time ago (1970's) and to say it was difficult to quit doesn't cover it. I drink decaf because I like coffee a LOT but I always thought the decaf versions were nowhere near as flavorful. That has now changed because of Armeno's Sumatra Mandheling Decaf. After having it ground at the store, I was able to make a cup via the pour-over method in about 2 hours time and it completely floored me by the FABULOUS flavor!!!
I NEVER thought I'd have a cup of decaf that was better than even a lousy cup of regular but this is no longer true!! This decaf is far superior to the coffee in many local coffee shops (cough, cough, DD) and there is no way that I'll drink their swill again!
