Maui Mokka's beans are the tiniest out of all the coffees that we source, and are often mistaken for a peaberry bean due to their round appearance. Upon closer examination one can notice the classic dicotyledonous flat side signifying two whole beans per cherry. The tiny size of the bean makes this coffee extremely difficult to harvest.
Full city (light) roasted and silkysmooth with a pleasant acidity. Offers a delightful range of chocolate tones and subtle hints of wine.
