Colombia is the third largest coffee producing country and is perhaps the most well-known coffee exporting country. The coffee is grown on small farms high in the mountains, carefully hand-picked and washed. The beans of Colombia Supremo, the highest grade of Colombian coffee, are large and uniform in size. Done to a full city (light) roast, it possesses medium acidity and a light to medium body strength, with deep, rich walnut flavors. This coffee is strictly mid-crop picked.

Too bitter for me.
Not very smooth at all. I use a drip coffee machine so maybe that's why? It has worked well for many other coffees. Will not buy again.
