This blend was created for our local ski mountain, Mt. Wachusett. It is a blend of full Viennese roasts across the regions! Full bodied Sumatra Takengon from Indonesia, with a bit of crisp Costa Ricans for brightness and Kenya AA for sweetness. This blend is roasted to the Viennese level, which we find to be a wonderful tasting coffee for espresso. Its taste is typical of a Northern Italian espresso - which is not overly roasted.
The Wachusett blend is my absolute favorite and even though I have moved to Maine from the 'Boro's, I still order it regularly. Everyone up here always ask "Where did I get this great tasting coffee?"

This is a very good medium roast.
I still prefer the mocha java as I work my way through Armenos coffees but this is number 2 on the list out of 4 thusfar...ahead of Brazil bourbon and black and tan
