Whether you're a Bourbon drinker or not, this marriage of flavors is a treat! We take a dry bourbon barrel that once housed bourbon for over 15 years, and age green beans inside for about a month. The beans are then roasted and put back into another bourbon barrel for a few more days, infusing them with an invigoratingly potent bourbon aroma. Be careful if you bring it to work! No one will believe that you aren't drinking at your desk!
The Double Bourbon offers a sweet and syrupy, full bodied cup with a super smooth finish thanks to its low acidity. Expect notes of oak and vanilla. Makes for a great cold brew or after dinner cup.

When i order from Armeno, I always select one or two favorites, and one of something different. Recently, I was thrilled to see Double bourbon barrel back in stock. I had some a long time ago, and then it was not available. This is something special. In a world of artificial flavors, this is a rare flavored blend that excels. The aroma fills the house with smoky goodness. I can't get enough. It's such a tasty blend, soon the bag of whole beans was ground and gone. When I went to reorder, it was already sold out. When it came back I jumped quickly and ordered 2 lbs. iIsuggest you jump too. Just leave enough for me!
I tried this purely out of curiosity. I have no experience with Bourbon whatsoever. I don't think I am a cold brew or iced coffee fan either. However I LOVE this as an alternative to my usual Papua New Guinea Estate. The aroma is wonderful. Armeno is the BEST!!

I normally do NOT like flavored coffee. Coffee flavors should come from the terroir and not from a chemical. However, I've been ordering from Armeno for about 20 years now and these guys only do quality stuff, so I thought what the hey. This bourbon coffee is splendid. It's not crazy boozy or anything, but definitely you can tell it's bourbon. The folks at Armeno hit it out of the park with this natural-type of flavoring, vs the factory-chemical kind. Nicely done!
