Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Weekly Grind!
Now Pouring Nitro Cold Brew!
As you may have heard, Armeno is now serving batches of nitro cold brew in addition to our classic cold brew!
The nitro, of course, refers to the nitrogen added to the beverage. To make it, we prepare a standard batch of cold brew and then transfer it to a container in which we can infuse the drink with the gas. The nitrogen then flows up through the coffee over the course of a day or two, gets mixed in, and results in a wonderfully silky smooth texture and slightly different undertone of flavor. It pours almost like a Guinness, with a light, foamy head forming at the top once it settles. It is also chilled by the nitrogen so that you don't need to add any ice when serving it.
Our next batch is ready now, so come on by and upgrade your cold brew game today!
Let's keep the ball rolling!
Thank you so much to everyone who has been helping us to raise money for Guatemalan coffee farmers affected by the El Fuego eruption. For those who haven't heard, we're giving $5 to Radical Missions for every bag of Guatemalan coffee that we sell this month to directly help Guatemalan coffee growers, their families, and their communities as they work to recover from the devastating eruption. You can read up on the details here in last week's Weekly Grind, and the link to donate directly to Radical Missions is right here!
Our fundraiser is still going all the way until the end of June, so let's see just how much we can raise by the end of the month! Muchas gracias in advance for your support!
