The Kenya Daki is grown in red volcanic soil and naturally dried in the sun, making for a complex, fruity flavor profile. It's bright acidity is tempered a bit by the slight sweetness inherent to the peaberry (infertile, rounded) version of the bean.
Full City (light) roasted and medium bodied. When brewing, start by taking in a deep breath to enjoy the myriad aromas of vanilla, dark chocolate, black sage and tart raspberry. On the palate, expect notes of milk chocolate and nutty undertones, as well as some fruity flavors like strawberry, lemon and guava.
The Kenya Daki Peaberry is brought to you via a Women Owned estate!
