Done to a classic Full City (light roast) level, this bean offers a mild body and luxurious, silky mouthfeel. Expect notes of stone fruit and pomegranate, plus a hint of sweetness thanks to the red honey method (keeping the coffee cherry around the seed for a certain amount of time) used to process the beans.
