It is harvested on the southern tip of the island and brought to the port of Manado for export. Done to a Full City (light) roast, Celebes Kalossi is a full body, mellow acidic coffee with a heavy chocolate aftertaste and syrup like finish. This is a coffee for the real coffee connoisseur.
