The Ethiopia Mokasida beans come to you from co-ops in and around the Sidamo province of Ethiopia, and are a great showcase of the delights of East African coffee! Fans of our Ethiopia Harrar will enjoy this one, as both offer a more mellow, less acidic flavor profile.
Done to a Fullcity (light) roast, the Mokasida is medium bodied, smooth and creamy with notes of blueberry, melon and dark chocolate.
