Like the regular Bolivia Selva Verde, this rich, full bodied bean comes to you via the partnership of Cafe Kreyol, the Wildlife Conservation Society, and producers native to the land on the edge of the Andes mountains and bordering the Rainforest of the Madidi National Park (Amazon Forest).
However, this version is "honey processed," which means the coffee cherry is kept around the seed for a period of time in order to imbue a little extra sweetness into the finished flavor profile.
Full city (light) roasted, sweet and exceptionally smooth. A well balanced cup with notes of caramel and milk chocolate.
