The Bolivia Peaberry is a real treat! The volcanic mountain soil and high altitudes in Caranavi, Bolivia where these coffee trees are grown create a perfect environment for high quality coffee.
Only making up about 5% of a given crop, peaberry beans are a mutation that results in a rounded, infertile bean with a slightly fuller body than its flat bean counterpart.
Full City (light) roasted and medium bodied. Mellow and sweet. Cocoa forward with a creamy finish.
This stuff tastes the way I want my coffee to taste
I've been up and down the coffee trail trying to find something that hits. This stuff was so good, I bought the 5lb'er. Enjoying every cup and getting friends hooked as well.

Solid roast and balanced everyday brew.
Earthy, woodsy, a hint of acidity, yet not bitter. Tried the Viennese Roast version but like this one more as its aroma and flavors are more prominent as a light-medium roast.

I ordered the regular Bolivian Peabody, was sent the Viennese Roast instead.
Hopefully the taste is not masked too much by the darker roast. After notifying Armeno, they rectified the shipment with me and I appreciate their quick response and that makes me a bigger fan of their business than before.
