The Colombia Guava Banana on its own is very fruit forward, with the banana note primarily coming through in the aroma, and the guava note more noticeable on your palate. The slightly sweeter Bolivia, with its notes of chocolate and caramel and the backbone present from the medium roast level, help mellow that fruitiness out and add depth.
Full bodied and medium roasted with notes of chocolate and banana. A delicious pairing that play off each other amazingly well!
