This light roasted bean is cultivated by the Kopakaki co-op: a group of over 800 small, Rwanadan coffee farmers! The entire co-op is fair trade certified, and the beans themselves are the result of a truly collaborative effort by those in the region to make the best coffee possible.
Expect a medium bodied brew with bright, pleasant acidity, and notes of black tea, honey, peach, and tangerine.
